Information & Instructions

Overview

Flagship would like to welcome you as a tenant once your application has been accepted. Both parties to any lease or rental transaction have certain obligations and responsibilities. You are requested to read the lease or rental agreement, which you have signed or will sign with us.

First Step

Once your application has been accepted we will make an appointment for signing the rental agreement and the deposit receipt. When you sign, you will pay the security deposit to hold the property, bring photo identification, and a money order in the amount of the security deposit. We will release the keys to you once the property is available and all adults on rental agreement come to our office with photo identification, and a money order for first months rent.

Rent

Rent is due on the first of each month. The amount of the late fee is listed on your rental agreement. Rent is only accepted in the form of a money order or check and only from a person on the rental agreement. You can pay rent via mail by sending your check or money order to Flagship Property Management 425 El Pintado Suite 100 Danville, CA 94526. Rent can also be paid via our website. Visit our site to sign up for ACH online payments.

Inspections

Our agreement with the property owner provides that we will conduct periodic inspections of the home. You will receive notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled date. We provide digital documentation of all vacancies. We perform move-in and move-out inspections and photograph interior and exterior and complete a detailed report for proof of property condition.

Maintenance

During the term of your lease, you will be required to take normal care and perform normal maintenance on the property and its equipment. We receive and log incoming repair calls from residents 24/7 via our fax line and website. Our extensive list of reliable, reasonable, and responsible contractors can cover any repairs or maintenance your property may require. We ensure quality work is done, with a quick turnaround. Tenants can call, email, fax or submit maintenance requests from our website 24/7. We ensure all maintenance is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Mold and Mildew

If Tenants notice a mold or mildew problem, please contact Flagship immediately so we may assess the problem.

Landscaping

Tenants are responsible for maintaining grounds in the condition it is provided. Some properties include HOA gardening services, or owner-paid gardening services. Specific landscaping maintenance instructions will be provided based on the property.

Specific maintenance requirements will be specified in individual lease depending on the property.

Property management is our business and we firmly believe the best way to be successful is to give our Owners and Tenants professional, fair and courteous service.
