Rental proceeds and late fees are paid on a predetermined date. In the event of late payments, collection practices are started promptly. We are very aggressive about rent collections and we will work hard to make sure you are paid on time each month. Each month you will receive a detailed monthly statement accounting for all income and disbursements. At the end of the year you are provided with a comprehensive statement for your tax records. You can access real time statements through our website 24/7. Owners have the option of an interior survey being conducted at their property with a survey copy going to the owner. We provide digital documentation of all vacancies, and photograph all properties just prior to new tenant moving in for proof of condition. During annual inspections we photograph interior and exterior and complete a detailed report and send it to you for review. Owners can also order additional inspections if needed.
